Paynes Gray offers Free Shipping on all orders for the 48 contiguous United States. Unless noted on the product page, all products ship FREE via standard ground, curbside freight or threshold freight.

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Lead times vary but are typically 5-10 business days to ship unless otherwise noted on the product listing. Pre-orders have expected ship date noted on product pages and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

SMALL PARCEL: All products ship FREE via standard ground delivery. Shipping times vary among brands and products. General shipping for in stock items is within 1-2 weeks. You will receive tracking via email once your order ships. 

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: Furniture and oversized items that require freight delivery can take an average of 3-6 weeks AFTER it leaves the factory. This timeframe is the average and not guaranteed. Some deliveries may take longer depending on the destination. You will receive tracking and delivery instructions via email once your order is prepared to ship.
